What happens when you reach your “breaking point”? Do you really break? Are you left in millions of irreparable pieces with no hope of ever being put back together? Perhaps, but then again maybe that is exactly what you need. Those pieces were not working anymore, they didn’t fit and they broke apart. Why do we try to repair or replace something that was possibly never meant to stay together to begin with? What do we do if these pieces are not meant to be together? How do we move on? When you are broken when you feel you are at your lowest point, so there is only one way to look…up. When you begin to rebuild yourself the process can be so beautiful, so enlightening. Until you are broken you have no idea what you can truly become, you have no idea how to heal yourself and be whole once again. We need these transformations in life in order to continue to climb up the ladder that will ultimately take us to the point we were always meant to reach. Just remember that your day is coming, the light will shine again and you will be better than the pieces you left behind.
“I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:12-13”
